Three Step Process for Donating Funds to SNC

The Alachua County Safety Net Collaborative exists as a voluntary collaborative with no dues, fees, funding source, or employees. It is NOT a 501c3 and donations are NOT tax deductible. Funds are accepted to cover the small cost of $500 to maintain this website and provide language access. Our fiscal agent, Suwannee River AHEC, manages donations and your donations enable us to maintain a visible presence in our community. To make a donation:

1.         Make check payable to SNC’s fiscal agent, “Suwannee River AHEC” (SRAHEC)

2.         On the “Memo” line write, “Alachua County Safety Net Collaborative”

3.         If you need a W9 for internal accounting purposes, SRAHEC will provide a copy of their W9; SRAHEC is a 501-c-3 non-profit organization
